Given the Covid-19 pandemic and current government restrictions around travel, it can be difficult to access the normal level of healthcare and advice that you have been accustomed to.

We make it easy for you to have a secure online video or phone consultation with an expert consultant doctor, with appointments available in as little as 24 hours, so you can get the healthcare advice you need, now.

Getting the advice and treatment you need has never been simpler.

Online consultations are available 5 days a week from 8am to 8pm.

Just call 0121 392 2511 or complete our appointments request form.

How does it Work?

Just like a face-to-face appointment, during a virtual consultation you will receive expert, one-on-one care from our world-class consultants to help you return to optimum health as soon as possible.

Your specialist will listen to you carefully, taking into account your condition and previous medical history to help diagnose and recommend the best treatment going forward, all in the comfort of your own home.

Please note, for your safety we are currently unable to offer further onward diagnostics or treatment privately unless your consultant considers your appointment to be time critical.

To book your appointment, please call our dedicated appointments team on 0121 392 2511 or complete our appointments request form.

The information you provide on this form will be used to allow us to arrange your virtual consultation and to provide you with our services. It will be shared with the relevant clinical teams and kept confidential. Virtual consultations will be provided using Microsoft Teams which is a secure system that has been specially evaluated for this purpose. If you would like to know more, please check the Frequently Asked Questions below or see our Privacy Policy.
