Macular Week 2018
It’s Macular Week!
One in three people know someone with macular disease, yet many people remain unaware of what it is and who is affected.
This week the Macular Society hope to raise vital awareness of the biggest cause of sight loss in the UK.
The Macular Society have launched a short film to highlight the impact a diagnosis of macular disease can have. This is a story of a mother who struggles to watch her son grow up as she loses her sight.
