These are yellow discolourations, on the nose side of the upper and lower eyelid; they maybe associated with abnormal cholesterol. It is, therefore, advised that this be checked. Removal is possible, however, the exact technique depends on the size and location of the lesions. A consultation is advised to establish the best treatment.
