Hemal graduated from the University of Birmingham and carried out his Vocational Training right here at Carillon. Hemal then undertook an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training post at the Royal Derby Hospital. Since then his interest has always been on surgical and restorative dentistry. He has devoted lot of time developing his skills in dealing with more complex cases, ranging from cosmetic fillings to root canals and smile makeovers.

Hemal has also undertaken training in Dental Implants as well as currently studying for a Master’s Degree in Restorative Dentistry. He has the great privilege of being an Educational Supervisor to newly qualified Dentists and is involved in training the next generation of dentists.

Away from dentistry he has recently developed a love of landscape photography, any excuse to go travelling!

Shruthi graduated in Dentistry in 2000 and achieved Membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) with the Royal College of Surgeons (London) in 2004. Shruthi has a comprehensive experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from several NHS organisations in addition to her general dentistry training. She decided to become a General Dental Practitioner in 2006. Shruthi further trained in intra-venous conscious sedation to help the very nervous patients have their treatment comfortably. Shruthi is ambitious and always keeping up to date with the latest innovations in dentistry. Her creative talents not only shine in her dental work, but she has a great interest in art. She enjoys travelling to experience different cultures and love reading books

Savan graduated from Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2019 and undertook his foundation training here at Carillon.

He is a calm, passionate and friendly dentist who takes great pride and care in his work. He is always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and improve which has driven him to undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry.

In his spare time, he loves to play cricket and badminton competitively along with going for walks with his dog.

Roshni graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2017 and returned to her hometown of Leicester to complete her vocational training and work as a General Dental Practitioner. Roshni is currently studying for a Masters degree in Endodontics, and has completed training courses to provide non surgical Facial Aesthetic treatments, as well as clear braces with Quick Straight Teeth.

Roshni is passionate about helping people achieve a healthy balanced smile, using a combination of dental and facial rejuvenation treatments to help her patients look and feel their best.

Outside of work Roshni enjoys spending time with her young daughter –usually outdoors or baking!

Dr Shivani Savania qualified from Leeds Dental School in 2016. Shivani loves to take extra care in making sure all her patients feel happy and comfortable when in the dental chair.

Over the past few years she has completed an Advanced Anesthetic Restorative course and Invisalign Course to really develop her skills to be able to provide the best care and a variety of options for her patients.

She has recently brought her first home and enjoys spending her spare time at the property renovating

Emily started her dental career in 2011 as a dental nurse in mixed NHS and private practice eventually qualifying and taking on extras duties of radiography and oral health promotion. She then went to university in Scotland and trained to be a Dental Therapist, qualifying in 2017. Emily enjoys all aspects of her role but is particularly passionate about patient education and prevention, especially for paediatric patients. Emily also provides medical skincare treatment including: chemical peels, dermaplaning and microneedling.  In her spare time Emily is a keen runner and enjoys cooking for family and friends.

Georgia qualified as a Dental Therapist in 2021 from Teesside University. She has a keen interest in preventative dental care, where she adopts a holistic approach, tailoring treatments to patients needs.

Georgia enjoys building rapport with her patients and is always focused on helping people feel at ease during their appointment.

Nadine is one of our Senior Dental Nurses & a busy mum of two. She studied at Leicester College, qualifying as a dental nurse in 2013 and has been with us at Carillon since 2014. Since then, Nadine has continued her training and has qualifications in Dental Radiography, Oral Health Education & Fluoride Application. Nadine enjoys caring for patients and ensuring that their visit is as calm & enjoyable as possible.
Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Steph started here as a patient care coordinator in 2015 and developed a serious interest into dentistry. She was then given the opportunity to train as a dental nurse and she jumped at the chance! She is now a fully qualified dental nurse and is always looking to develop her skills and training further with relevant courses. She recently qualified in being a sedation nurse as she wanted to really help nervous patients throughout their dental journey. Steph enjoys helping patients and making their journey as easy as possible. She also loves spending time with her pooch, Skylar and socialising with friends.

Daniella joined the practice in September 2017 and qualified to be a dental nurse in 2019. She has a degree in learning disability studies from The University of Manchester and has always had a keen interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. Daniella loves to provide the best patient care possible and aims to qualify as a dental nurse. Outside of work, Daniella enjoys gardening, music and baking. She also enjoys travelling and visiting her family in Australia.

Emily is one of our most recently qualified dental nurses who passed her exams in April 2021. Emily has been at the practice for 3 years and is looking forward to furthering her knowledge in sedation and engaging with patients as a treatment co-ordinator. Emily is bi-lingual in French ar 3years living and studying in Switzerland.

During her spare time, Emily enjoys visiting friends and family. She has an adventurous personality which leads to her love of discovering new places, learning about different cultures, languages and meeting new people.

Amelia is one of our trainee dental nurses. This is Amelia’s first role within dentistry, but she is thriving at the opportunity to learn new skills and experiences. Prior to this, Amelia has 5 years experience in customer service, with many accolades to prove this.

Amelia has great interpersonal skills with a caring personality to coincide with this. Away from the practice, Amelia has a passion for interior design and takes great care of accessorising her home.

Rebekah has been with Carillon since 2011, she qualified under the NEBDN as a dental nurse in 2013 straight after she decided to further her knowledge and take the oral health educator course under BDA which she qualified in 2014.

Rebekah developed even further and been our assistant manager late 2014 for 4 years and really enjoys challenging herself and enjoys creating a good bond with the team and our patients, Rebekah Thrives on creating a family environment within the team, Rebekah feels the management job role is right for her and brings something different each day which she would like to continue and has now become our Practice manager.

Fay has worked as a dental nurse within the NHS since 2008 and went onto qualify with the National Dental Board for Dental Nurses in 2011. Having spent a number of years in various roles Fay wanted to further her knowledge and skills and enrolled onto a Dental Practice Management University course where she soon realised that she thrives upon daily patient contact and working in a customer care environment, where patient care is key.

As a qualified dental nurse, Melissa has a good dental knowledge, which helps her within her role of treatment coordinator. Melissa loves creating relationships with patients and is there to answer any initial questions regarding our services and discussing individual treatment plans with patients.

Melissa takes a keen interest in all dental treatment, including cosmetic work. She loves being there with patients along their journey and seeing the end results.

Jessica is one of our patient care coordinators. This is her first job within dentistry,

Jessica really enjoys getting to know patients and making them feel comfortable, which can help put people at ease.  Her hobbies include taking care of her dog Archie, shopping and socialising.

Rebecca is one of our patient care coordinators. This is Rebecca’s first job within the dental industry, prior to this she worked for 6 years at a GP surgery as a Senior Administrator.

Rebecca thoroughly enjoys building relationships with patients and always looks to put a smile on people’s faces.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family, going for walks with her partner & reading.

Emma is one of our patient care coordinators. This is Emma’s second job as a Dental Receptionist, prior to that she has 10 years experience working in Accident Emergency at the Queens Medical Centre.

Emma enjoys interacting with patients and has a friendly personality.

Outside of work Emma enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. Emma enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles and going on holidays.
