- Mini skips – A compact skip suitable for domestic projects like loft clearances, DIY jobs, small garden clearances etc. It has a capacity of around 20 bin bags and can be delivered into smaller areas using our 7.5-tonne trucks.
- Midi skips – Midi skips are around 1.6 times the size of the mini skips with a capacity of approximately 35 bin bags. The uses of Midi skips are very similar to those of the mini skips, however, due to the size difference, they are great for home projects that produce more waste than expected, as well as for small business projects. If it’s filled with soil it will need to be collected by an 18-tonne truck. So make sure the area you are looking to use it in is accessible.
- Builders skips – Used for most jobs where there is a lot of material to be moved like extensions, large garden projects, roofing jobs, house clearances, drive replacements etc. Its capacity is approximately 6-7 tonnes of soil or 60 bin bags. Most of our builder’s skips have drop doors for ease of loading. If needed, please request one on order.
- 14-yard skips – Very large skips that are used for jobs that generate large volumes of rubbish like shop fitting and office/shop clearances. A 14-yd skip cannot be placed on the highway or filled with soil or brick as it will be too heavy to pick up.
